Hello to Everyone here,
I'm looking for information on how long a person (Spanish National living outside Spain)should be waiting to receive their Spanish Passport. It's been over 1 year and the only info they get from the Spanish consulate, in their country(Domincian Republic) is "IN PROGRESS".
They claimed their citizenship through their parent and started the Passport process as soon as they had been granted citizenship.
Any help would really be appreciated.
