If I as a buyer refuse to make a stage payment etc, I would be deemed to have broken the contract,Why is it that when a lawyer clearly breaks a contract you have spend thousands on litigation.If it clearly states on your contract that all stage payments be paid into a bank account which the developer does not have access,in order to protect your investment,but your lawyer decides to pay the developer directly is that not a severe breach of contract.If he also decides to ignore the DGS on unathorised insurance companies and ask you to sign an unenforceable bank guarantee due to the fact that company was fraudulent would that not be unlawful and constitute severe negligence.
Both the developer and the insurance company went bankrupt and all my Marbella based lawyer said,"what can i do,sorry"
