Hola everyone
I am confused as to how the coeficiente is calculated.
I have tried asking our administrater the question and have hit a brick wall.they have said that the land registry calculate it. They have fobbed me off now for two months so I think that something must be amiss.

The Coefficient of ownership for the Community of Owners, that serves as base to calculate the community fee, is expressed on the property title deeds and the Land Registry reflects it.

I recommend you to get a Land Registry note to verify your cuota.
