how to get marry

Hi,
I am mohsin from Pakistan. I have been living in Spain for 1 year . I have been registered in Ayentomento but still i am without any legal status. Now i want to marry my spanish girl freind who is living is Sevilla. My questions are,
1. is there any minimum limit registration limit for marrying for a pakistani who is not a legal. Somebody told me that i can not get marry before i have 2 years of regestration in spain.
2 my girl friend do not have work at the moment, her parents help her. can i still get a residencey after marring her.

Somebody please help us. I'm in Spain about two months without valid visa. I want to get married British national. She wants to come from UK to marry me. Is it true that I have to stay here for last two here to get married? I have heard there is different law in different cities. Can someone please tell us which city will be easier to get married. Also after married am I allowed to apply for residency in Spain as a relative of EU citizen?
