I'm Indian. I come in Spain in this February 2013 on tourist visa then i overstayed here beyond my visa date limit. Now i just got married to my Spanish girlfriend. I would like to know that can i apply directly for my Spanish citizenship and Spanish passport or first i just can get residency? Let me know the procedure for all this and how much time it will take for this process? Thanks
