Recently became redundant from my job but my company has not paid my finiquito. When i signed the papers, i signed my signature and "no conforme" to indicate i did not receive the money.
The company also wanted me to sign photocopies of cheques for "el padrodor" for amounts under 3000euro because they wanted to use them to make other payments but i refused to sign these.
I was then threatened that the company would be denouncing me for theft. I have been informed that they have decided to not do this and i have registered as desempleo with Inem.

I have heard that if i denounce them for not paying the finiquito, they will just offer me my job back which i do not want since the company has already started the concurso to close the company.

Any advice??

The lack of responses leads me to think there are no labor lawyers reading this forum.

Can anyone post the details of a good labor lawyer who can help me.

Thanks
