Change residency status after divorce

I have residency Permanent familiar de la union (validity 10 years). Now i divorced and i came to know my residency status will not be change. So my question is

1. With this residency (Permanent familiar de la union) can i do work in whole europa. If your answer is yes please send me related link or web site which proove that i can do work in whole europa.

2.If your answer is no. then can i change my residency status Larga duracion EU/EC. please give me detail of required documents for to change it.
