Status of permanent comunitario after divorce

Pls gve me some information. Last year I got
residency permanent comunitario(validty 10 yrs).
Now I divorced and want to change residency.

Which one I will get now"(05 year,10year)?

Hello,

As you are a long stay residence card holder, and your card is valid for 10 years, the renewal will be granted automatically, being the requirements the following:

Article 150.4 of the Current Immigration regulations (http://noticias.juridicas.com/base_datos/Admin/rd557-2011.t6.html) (Real Decreto 557/2011, de 20 de abril, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley Orgánica 4/2000, sobre derechos y libertades de los extranjeros en España y su integración social, tras su reforma por Ley Orgánica 2/2009. )


1. Photocopy of full valid passport

2. Tax payment receipt

3. A passport sized photo

As you can see, you do not have to prive your family relationshop any longer; that is required if you divorce before being eligible for long stay residence permit.
