Arraigo Familiar

Hi!

My father just got a spanish passport throught Lei de Memória. And as I'm 31, the only way I could get is living for 1 year in Spain. My question is, can I go with a tourist visa and apply for Arraigo Familiar there? I'm brazilian and my father also lives here.

It´s the only thing I need to know to the next step.

Yes, you can apply for Arraigo Familiar if you father was Spanish by origins. Once you settle in Spain and register in a town hall a usual address, you can go to the Immigration Office and provide with all the relevant information.
