Dear Sir/Madam,
I am filipina citizen, married to a retired british citizen, we were married in 2003, I have been issued a UK wife visa multiple entry for 2 years from April 2004 to April 2006we went to UK but came back last November 2004 due to some property problems in the Philippines, which we had to sort out, ended up staying until todate. Now, we want to move to Spain, we would like to ask what visa do I need and my husband if required, to settle in Spain permanently. We have been told that you have to be in Spain to apply for a residency in Spain. please can you help us.
