Hi, I'm an Indian citizen , recently married to a UK Permanent Resident. I have not applied for UK PR dependent visa yet and I'm still in India. After our mariage, my husband has been assigned work in Spain by his UK based company and he is now working in Spain. I want to apply for Spain dependent visa from India to join my husband in Spain . Could you please advise me the process, and required documentation and whether I can apply as a dependent to my husband's Spanish work visa without first applying for UK visa? Thanks foor your help and guidance.
