Hello Ektarak,

This will depend entirely on the Civil Registry. We requested one at the Marbella Civil Registry last Wednesday and it was issued on the spot. Remember to specify the purpose of it when you request it, as they are issued in different formats which depend on what you need it for. Whether it is for empadronamiento, DNI, etc.
