Can i get residency on behalf of my parents 5 years residency. as i illegal.

help will be appreciated ;
I came from Pakistan to Spain 5 months before and now my visa expired.My all family members have 5 years residency permission.can i apply for residency on behalf of parents residency after 1 years or 2 years , although i am 28 years. Please Guide me all procedure . Thanks!

Hello Ali,

Unfortunately this is not possible. If you are not willing to leave the country and to apply from abroad, then the only alternative is to file an application for arraigo social. You will be able to do this after having resided in Spain illegally for three years.
