In our community in Spain of 27 apartments one owner wants to have an intercom system fitted so he can let people in to the gated community from his apartment. The majority of the community are concerned at the security and expense of this and do not want it. He is claiming that a 70 year old is soon to be living in an apartment(dubious!) and that the Comunidad Horizontal stipulates that people over 70 have to have this facility is this true?
