Children removed without consent

My wife and i split up in Jan 2011 and in Nov 2011 she removed children from Tenerife without even telling me,all i got was a text message to say they had gone back to uk.Can anyone help as she is now saying she will not even let me see them in England.

Before I can give you some advice I would need to know further details, such as place of marriage, nationality of you both, how long you have been Spanish residents and if there was any divorce proceeding in Spain or in the UK. The fact that she has taken the children abroad without your consent and knowledge can even be reported to the police as it can be considered a case of International Child Abduction.
