Anyone know if I can get a legal separation in Spain

I am married to a lebanese who is refusing to give me a divorce. Nor will he grant me a legal separation. I need proof that we have been separated for 30 years:D I was married in Lebanon and I am British. Is there anyway that I can get a legal separation in Spain which I need if I want to claim my non contributory pension here.
