Why has Spain not put into law the Timeshare Directive that should have been put into law by the 23 febuary 2011 as one of the countries with the highest amount of timeshare and the largest amount of bad timeshare and holiday club scams and sales this should be a priority or is it making to much money for Spanish pockets
