I'm researching information on what the penalization for possion of cocaine is. I have a relative who has been taking into custody by the local police. He was caught with 300 grams of cocaine, well at least that's what information the police are releasing at this point. I'm not sure if they are allowing him to speak with a lawyer. They've had him in custody for over 24 hours at this point and nobody knows any details as of what they're going to do to him. This is taking place in the Andalucia Spain area within the local authority. If you could let me know what his rights are and what he is entitled to at this point so that I can make sure the authorities aren't doing anything they shouldn't be, so to speak.
