NEI Number

Greetings,
Do any of you know of, or have used, a reputable and trustworthy firm that can apply for a NEI number on Power of Attorney on my behalf please? I'm in the UK. The timeshare resort (Palm Oasis, Gran Canaria) have offered me the chance to terminate the sales and maintenance contracts and to receive the residual value of my owned weeks. For this to proceed, they have advised me that I need a NEI number.
