Dear all,
My parents signed a seller's agreement last week for a property in Spain that includes a "seller's penalty" of 10% if they decide not to sell. However the agreement was not done in front of a notary and sent by email. Is it possible to avoid the enforcement of the seller's penalty if there is no original signature and it was not done in front of a notary?
Kind regards,
AnthonyO
