Personal Guarantee - Spain ???

Hello - In the U.K. a if you give a bank a personal guarantee (comprised of property, shares, bank accounts) to secure a business loan, the Statute of Limitations says that this guarantee expires 5-years from becoming enforceable if you close the company. Does anyone know what the timeframe is in Spain for personal guarantees ?
