can anyone tell me that if you give a solicitor in spain the power of attorney whether they can open bank accounts in your name without notifying you in writing or requiring your signature ???
I have also emailed the bank in question asking for details on tuesday but still havnt had a response.. how long does it normally take for a bank to get back to you when you are asking questions about an account you supposedly have.. this is starting to look more & more like fraud & i am extremely worried.. can someone please give some advice before i go to the police
