We have received a call from pro-call services informing us that our certificate with Cashback europe is invalid and for us to get our money back we have to travel to Tenerife at our expense they will supply the hotel we were also asked to pay a consultants fee of £259.00 Can anyone give us any information on this company please

Any cold caller must be treated with suspicion. Any cold caller asking for an up front fee, I would say, is a fraudulent fee.
