Hi, yes me too, I'm in Australia and I just received the letter... I straight away knew it was a scam, and thought I'd google the name to see if anyone else has received the letter. A-holes!

Same here. Received the letter in the mail yesterday and just ignored it. Was just curious to see whether it was going for a long time already, so I google it. Makes you wonder where they get your details!?

Got that nice letter too. 7 500 000 euros..hehehe. Sure why not. but unfortunately my account doesn't accept anything under 8 000 000 "euros". Shame, i really could have used the left over change. Has anyone thought about playing along with this spanish donkey?

They are almost never Spanish, but mostly Africans (probably Nigerians). They operate from Spain because our legal system allow them to run these scams and get away with it.

There are people who do play along with these fraudsters (scam baiters (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scam_baiting)). One of the most popular is The Ebola Monkey Man (http://www.ebolamonkeyman.com/).

Thanks Aunty Lyman
Bunch of pricks trying to target the innocent, I think I will pass this on to the Fraud Squad, I think we should all pass onto the the relevant Crimes Department

Yes, we received one of these letters and alarm bells were ringing. Decided to google it out of curiosity and appreciated all the info from other recipients. Our long lost relative was Lyman as well.

I also received the scam letter and decided to respond out of curiosity as to what the response would be. A mere 10 minutes later I received a FULL page templated email. For such 'so called' master minds you would expect them to be a little more strategic...

I received this same letter, with the Engr Lyman, how desperate can this person be. How long has he/she been doing this for, and why doesn't the Spanish Government do something about these f#$ked up people.
