Deposit refund

Hi,

I'm writing on behalf of my in-laws who are trying to recover their deposit for a Phase 4 apartment at Arenal Golf in Benalmadena. Basically, I would like to put them in touch with anyone who has successfully recovered their deposit from Prienesur.

For info, the in-laws are taking Prienesur to court (in Feb 2011) on the basis that the promises made regarding golf course, club house etc did not/do not meet the description provided by Arenal 2000 when they paid their deposit. The challenge back from Prienesur is that the golf course etc was completed but it is the 'Arenal Golf Community' who have let it go into disrepair.

I think that this is a weak argument, although I have little evidence to help them challenge.

Any comments would be useful.
