Spanish Based Company - Fraud with a French Based UK Citizen

I believe that a Spanish Based Comapany has Fraudently taken 1300 euroas of my money and are now not providing the service they promised. What recourse do I have under Spanish Law? I am a UK Citizen living in France and I used the services of a Spanish Basd Company with Irish Links.
