Should this happen, the law court would refund you the amount you lodged before it to place the mabargo, less the court agent's fees (dubbed procurador) and the Stamp Duty. 2. If you are joining now the Creditors List (and have not litigated previously), you can no longer embargo properties from Aifos, and you can only claim what you have paid to them (your stage deposits) providing you have bank statements or documents that can uphold it.
