    Default The two-year residency crowd

    Hello all,

Just wondering if anyone knows the exact list of countries that qualify for Spanish citizenship after two years of PR. The best I can find is "most Latin American countries + etc + Jews of Spanish origin." Does anybody know WHICH LA countries we're talking about here? I've found "former Spanish colonies" but the status of some of these countries as former colonies is ambiguous. Anybody got the top-down, drag-out list?

    Thanks for your help!

    Best,

    Bob

    The list would be:

Argentina, Bolivia, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, México, Nicaragua, Panamá, Paraguay, Perú, Puerto Rico, Republica Dominicana, Uruguay and Venezuela.
