Default Non Eu Member ( Visiting Visa )

    Hai

My Friend is from Pakistan & recently traveled to Spain on visiting visa issued for 14 days. Is it possible to extend visiting visa while we are in

Spain and what are the conditions?

By the way, my friend is in Alicante.

    Thanks.

    Hello

Your friend can apply for an extension of his visa of he is in any of the these circumstances: Humanitarian reasons, Family issues ( Illness or death of a relative for instance ), Public Health reasons or any other force majeur reasons.

You can read detailed information clicking here.

    Thanks For The Reply.

As u mentioned we can extend our visa on the following conditions only. Suppose I am a tourist and came to Spain for 14 days visit only and if wanted to extend

my stay then, in that case, must meet above conditions as u mentioned right?

    Thanks

    Hello

Any foreigner can apply for a NIE at the closest Police Station, indicating the reasons for the application. Being born in Spain is not one of the accepted reasons. If you intend to reside in Spain, I recommend you to apply for the Certificado de Registro de Ciudadano de la Union. You can contact us if you need further information.

Also, you can click here to learn more about the procedure.
