Hi,

We have received a draft contract from our lawyer that states "
La parte compradora conoce que la vivienda carece de LOM y cédula"

There is no LFO and the property is over 10 years old. It has been inscribed in the Catastro.

But I am told that the Cédula cannot be issued as the area part of Marina Alta Javea has yet to be urbanised by the town hall at the cost of the residents.

I am wondering how legal this property is and if we could run the risk of it not being habitable and be demolished?.

I have also been told that the sale cannot be completed at the notary?.

Any advice welcome please?
