    Default Work and Residence Permit

    Hello,

I am based in India. I have got a job offer from a Spanish company based in Madrid.
They are applying for a work permit for me. I think it will be a Type b permit.
Work Permit will have details of my wife and my two kids.

I wanted to know what kind of visa should I apply for my wife and kids? Will they be able to travel with me to spain?

    Regards,
    Ajay

    Hello Ajay

You should ask your employer for a copy of the application they have filed.

Once the applications have been approved, you will be asked to go to the Spanish embassy to get the visas stamped on your passports. Your question can be answered by your employer, but I believe it is permiso de trabajo y residencia por cuenta ajena.
