I have heard that there will be new nationality law from October 2015. Is it true? If yes, would you kindly tell some details, if possible?

The 1st of October 2015 is the date when the Law approved on the 25th June 2015, with regards to those Sephardi origins individuals having the possibility to apply for the Spanish Nationality skipping the previous residency requirement, will come into force.

The requirements are extense, here is the link to the specific information, in Spanish. Those interested in it must be ready to read in Spanish as it is one of the requirements to be eligible( a minimum of Level A2 in Spanish).
