    Default the rights of a non-eu lady who gives birth in spain

    greetings

    i am a british national married to a morrocan lady who is expecting in 2 months. i have a job lined up for me in spain but i will not start it immediately. if my wife gives birth in spain, would she be allowed to stay with her future baby? i obviously will make the intention to reside in spain due to employment.
