    hi

i cannot pay for legal services at the moment as i am unemployed. however my ex landlady is trying to get me to pay her invoices through a court. She has submitted her claim and i have refused to acknowledge or sign for anything regarding a summons - how long can i do this for and what should i do?

    Hello confusedcadiz,

You could be able to represent yourself dependng on the type of legal process. We recommend you that, if unable to afford solicitorĀ“s fees, you contact the corresponding Bar of Association and request free legal aid.
