My husband is going on work permit (Transnational Services) to Spain, can I get a tourist visa with his NIE number so as to accompany him?

Yes, you can join your husband during short periods of time, with a short stay visa, that is, 90 days visa. The Spanish embassy will be able to assist.

Your husband will be able to apply for family reunion after one year and once he has filed an application for renewal. Once the family reunion permit has been approved, you will have a residence permit with the same validity as your husband`s.
