Exclamation Use of grey water (stale household water) for non commercial use

We live in the Campo and are very near (less than 10 metres apart) to our neighbours. We have lived here for 6 years + and our neighbours have continued to use grey water in the summer evenings, which is pretty unbearable these hot summer nights and which also spoils every evening in our garden. We have tried verbally to reach an amicable arrangement to no avail. They also burn fires in the summer months without a local license. A very dangerous thing to do in this very dry land.
We would like to know the rules/restrictions, if any, regarding these issues.
Are there also any noise abatement rules since they have decided to play a loud radio every morning close to our sleeping area.
We live in the Malaga area.

Quite a few issues, but 6 years of this and we are reaching the end of our patience.!! thankyou.

    Regards Deborah and Steve Barlow

    Hi,
In Spain and in almost every city, you will have restrictions of sound after midnight, and rules regarding salubriness and health conditions in order to avoid conducts like these that you describe. As regards burning fires, it may have strong considerations from a punitive legal point of view.
According to my experience, I would recommend to call the Local Police each time the neighbour proceeds as you describe, specially if he burns a fire. After you have some reports, you will be able to sue your neighbour for damages (if the do not stop acting like this).
    Best,
