Need to change Residency comunatario to larga duracion EC?

This is writting to get some information please, I have residecy Permanent Comunatario (wife divorced). Now i have a good job in Germany.
My question is:-

1. Can I do work with this residecny in German with out wife or other european countries?

2. If YES then can u give me a proper web site or any refrence of european law which shows that with Permanent Comunatario residency can do work in whole europa.

3. If No then how can i change its status in Larga duracion EC.

4.pls mention countries also which do not give permission to do work in their country on Residecy larga duracion EC.
