Does lingue or multi language Birth Certificate and Capacidad. from Germany Civil Register need Apostilled before it would be accempt in spain for marriage process. please help us we are comfuse

Any foreign official documents that are going to be filed in a Spanish Public Administration body, if they originate from a EU or Hague Convention signatory country ( for instance, Germany ), require to be translated into Spanish, Apostilled and later legalized by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
