Hi,

I have a charge (hipoteca), on a large piece of land in Spain. (It was put in place againt a private loan).
The loan is in default, and I wish to take possession of the land (I have a UK court judgment in favour of the initial loan).
Is the process to enforce the charge simple to do under Spanish law? What sort of legal costs could I expect to be resonable for pursuing through the Spanish legal system.
I understand that it is a fairly vague question, but I was just looking for ball park advice.
