Hi, I am Anita, an Indian national, got married 3 months ago and my husband moved to Spain a week ago on temporary residence permit to work for a company. I want to join him, can you please suggest me which type of visa should I apply?

Assuming your husband is also of Indian nationality, you will be able to apply for a family re-grouping visa once your husband has resided in Spain legally for a year.
