    Arrow rights of immigrant mothers to have resident

    hi,
    please i want to know is there any law in spain that state that any mother that give birth in spain have a right to have resident becouse of the child that she have, or she has to process the document after 3years proff

    hello,

    In principle (every case is different and to give you an accurate answer we would need to study your case), having a child in Spain is not a strong enough reason to grant the baby's parents residency in Spain. Even if the child managed to obtain Spanish citizenship they would not obtain automatic residence for this sole reason. You would need to request a residence permit based on arraigo.
