Spanish Citizenship for child born in Spain

Would a baby born in Madrid to a Canadian father and a Colombian mother be entitled to Spanish citizenship? The baby's grandfather (father's father) is a Spanish citizen too.

The baby would be entitled to Spanish citizenship by virtue of residence, after having resided legally in Spain for one year.
