We are a married couple living in the UK. We own property in Almeria. We have wills made in the Uk leaving all to the surviving partner. We have no siblings. Question; Would our property in Spain be covered by our will taken out here in the UK.?

Yes, the will taken out in the UK will be applied to the property in Spain. The national Law of the testators prevails.
