Default Change of ownership between co-owners

We own a property in Spain with two relatives. They would like to buy us out and we are in agreement. Is there a legal position with regard to us dealing with the payment ourselves within the UK in Sterling? We don't want to go through the Spanish route as that means changing funds from sterling to euros and back again as we are not buying another property in Spain.

    Dear Sir,

Specially in that case, there is no problem in structuring payment in such manner.

If you would like to obtain a quote for legal representation, please do not hesitate to write us an email at info @ lawbird.com

I understand that the best option to change ownership between co-owners is by the dissolution of joint property ownership. We know that there are various charges attributed to the transaction, including your own fee, but would it cost any more to deal with the payment in sterling in the UK as opposed to doing it via the Spanish route?
