Me and my partner intend to marry in Massachusetts. What are the requirements for Spain to recognize this marriage license and how long does it take to get a Book of Family and residence in Spain with this?

If we marry in Spain, they have to review my documents for a long time before allowing me to marry in Spain. Which one is faster in your opinion?
