How can I sell 1/3 of a property inheritance

I have inherited 1/3 of a property in Spain that includes land. The other 2 owners that control a 2/3 ownership do not want to sell. Do I have any options?

Yes, you can actually force them to sell the property against their will.

However the forced sale would be by means of a Public auction in which all joint owners stand to lose as the price fetched in the bids will be considerably below the market value (BMV). So it should only be used in truth as an option of last resort.
