Changing community administrators
Please can anyone advise me. Our community is trying to change administrators due to negligence and being "ripped off". We have withheld our comm. fees and paid them to a notary. He has done an official document with a seal to this effect. The admins would not accept it and then said we had no vote. They are now threatening to sue us without calling a meeting. Is any of this legal and how can we get them to accept our vote without paying them?
