Residance card renewal

I´m non EU, I´m working in Spain and I got a residance 5 months ago valid for one year, I´m going to move to a new Co. and working out of Spain
Is there any possibility to keep my residance valid, in another word how can I renew my recidance after it´s validity.
Is there any idea can help (buy a house or ….)

Hello,

In order to renew your residency permit, you need to comply with the conditions that granted the initial permit to work and live in Spain. Above all, you must make sure you are up to date with your fiscal and Social Security obligations.

Also, in order to keep your residency status, you should not spend more than 180 days out of the country per year.
