    Default Commercial Licence

    Hi

We are looking to purchase a rural plot of land. The idea is that it is a vacant plot and we can then develop this into a commercial venture like a B&B/Lodge small hotel?
Is it possible to get a commercial licence to achieve this?
Are there restrictions on the type of style of buildings you put up etc?

Any advice in this regard will be greatly appreciated.

    Dear Sir or Madam,

You will need to contact your Town Hall on this matter. You will need an architect to do a project. Not all plots of rustic land are eligible for this. Yes there are a great deal of planning restrictions on rustic land.

On the matter of building on rustic plots of land without attaining proper permission (Building Licences) be warned that new regulation passed in the region of AndalucÃ*a now makes it swifter to demolish illegal rustic properties.

    Yours faithfully,

    Thank you very much,

Do you deal in this field and would you be able to assist in perhaps acquiring a licence etc?
