Default Double whammy question on Repossessed Properties

    Q1
How long after a Spanish bank repossesses a property will they put it on the market as a repo at a lower price?

    Q2
I have also heard that a person can go back to the bank within 3 years settle up the outstanding monthly payments and reclaim the property... is that true?

    Dear Sir or Madam,

In reply to your first question the bank will decide freely if and when they put it back in the market. There is no given timeframe.

In reply to your second query I've never heard of that possibility.

    Yours faithfully,
